Swami Vivekananda ji’s first name was Narendranath. He was born on 12 January 1863 in Kolkata. His birth anniversary is known as International Youth Day. When his birth anniversary comes, it’s the occasion of Makar Sankranti. He came from a traditional household.
Swami Vivekananda was in spirituality from a young age as he did the meditation since the entire family was spiritual. He was a very naughty and restless child in their childhood. His parents also have difficulties controlling him.
His father’s name was Vishwanath Datta, and his mother is also a spiritual personality and a housewife. He was a lawyer in Kolkata high court.
Education Of Swami Vivekanand
Ishwar Chandra 1879 joined the Vidyasagar Metropolitan institution. When he was eight years old, he was admitted to the school. When they were in school, his family moved to Raipur in 1871.
He was a brilliant child when his family came back to Calcutta, and he was the only child who received his first division marks in the entrance of college examinations. He had an excellent command of his mother tongue.
When he was in English medium school, he said, “I shall not learn the English language of the white master” After that, he learned English. He joined the Presidency College in Kolkata and completed his BA in Philosophy.
Skills of Swami Vivekanand
Swami Vivekananda was the world speed reader. He is a person who checks every fact, and he doesn’t have a fixed, strict mindset. He believed in testing his beliefs repeatedly. He also has an interest in Indian classical music because of his father.
He also studied the Hindu Scriptures and western philosophers in detail when he was studying. In 1884 when Swami Vivekananda was 21 years old, his BA was about to be complete, and suddenly, he got the news of his father’s death.
Also, he knows that there are several loans that he needs to pay, and also, his relatives file a case in court for the property. Then he started searching for a job, but he couldn’t find any job during this period.
The visit of Swami Vivekananda and Ram Krishna helped him to calm himself in that situation. His expertise in meditation has increased with the help of Ram Krishna. His message to youth is that you cannot trust God and Allah until you cannot trust yourself.Â
Swami Vivekananda caught the world’s ideas and represented himself and India in foreign countries. He is the man who helps every poor people and helps them. They don’t know any foreign language, but they know how to talk.
When Swami Vivekanand travels to any foreign country, he takes Indian species with himself and two books. Swami Vivekananda’s lessons are still inspired by youth. He encouraged every generation because of his famous speech on 11 September 1893 in Chicago.
Now youth is just on technology, and at the age of 21, he did many things for our country. Make a life aim and incorporate those ideas into your life. Think that though over and over again. Dream it, live it. That is the secret to being successful.
