CM M.K. Stalin on Sunday said his government pointed at guaranteeing that all its welfare plans come to all the individuals in towns over the State. He took a portion in an uncommon grama sabha assembly in Sengadu town panchayat in Sriperumbudur in the Kancheepuram area on the event of National Panchayati Raj Day.
