The New motorcycle just looks like the TVS APACHE RR 310 which is a collaboration of TVS and BMW. The aerodynamics of the new BMW G 310 RR is full fairing and intelligent dimensions, as well as the use of lighter materials, makes the motorcycle more sturdy and fast.
The Ram intake and the airflow are used perfectly and the gill vents also ensure that the hot air from the engine is channeled away.
The Bike has an aggressive and sporty look with a sharp face and with full led headlamps. The bike also has telescopic suspension with front forks, which are coupled with a mono-shock at the rear end borrowed by TVS.
At the Launch event, BMW stated “ The Collaboration with TVS motor corp has benefitted and means a lot to BMW Motorrad. The Quality Management at TVS is edge beyond”
BMW G 310 RR fitted with a Water Cooled Engine
The first ever water-cooled single-cylinder four-stroke engine is a 313cc engine with electronic fuel injection. The engine gets a maximum power of 25kW at 9700 rpm as well as a maximum torque of 27.3 Nm torque. The 0-60 of the bike is just achieved in 2.9 seconds.
BMW G 310 RR has four modes
For ideal adaptation of the climate and the roads the G 310 RR comes with four modes – Track, Urban, Rain, and the Sports Mode. The Track Mode focuses on better acceleration to better braking where the anti-lock braking system is adjusted to late-breaking at the bends. The Urban Mode has balanced acceleration and the throttle response is geared towards the Urban Traffic. The sports mode delivers the best possible acceleration with sports dynamics. Rain Mode is paired with Wire and the ABS reacts highly sensitive to ride on wet roads.
BMW G 310 RR has Throttle By Wire System
The ride-by-wire system along with the E-gas system passes the commands directly from a sensor on the twist grip to the engine control system. This gives a better throttle response to the bike too.
The electric throttle control gets the automatic idle speed and prevents sudden stalling of the engine.
