The end of an era will be arrived on May 5, 2024, when Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will hits theaters. Maybe for the Guardians of the Galaxy it will be finale for their Fans.
The MCU’s most unique superhero team has not been seen on-screen since Avengers: Endgame.
It’s been nearly five years since then, The End of Era in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 had hit theaters in 2017. Thankfully, Marvel fans don’t have to wait much longer for the “Guardians of Galaxy” next adventure.
The team is set to appear later this year in The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, which will be released on Disney+. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, meanwhile, is expected to arrive in theaters in May 2024.
James Gun Comment on the end of Era in Guardian of the Galaxy: –
In a recent interview of James Gun on Deadline’s Hero Nation podcast, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 said that “it will be the last time people will see this team of Guardians”.
He also added that Vol. 3 is “big; it’s so, so big and dark, and different from what people might be expecting it to be.”
“I just want to be true to the characters, the story and give people the wrap-up that they deserve for the story,”
He further added “That’s always a little bit scary; I’m doing my best.”
Gunn’s comments seem to confirm that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, will say goodbye to some or even all current members of the team.
The Story of the finale of the End of Era in Guardians of the Galaxy –
The final battle will be between the “Guardians” and the ancient “Greek Gods” will begin and the Guardians will on the back foot.
Zeus believes he has defeated his son Hercules and is in the process of giving Starlord and the Prince of Power a good thrashing.
Indeed, it’s a high time for the Guardians, but Rocket Racoon with his mysterious ability had turned the table around the enemies.
Meanwhile, Moondragon is locked in a mental battle with “The Goddess of Language”.
About the Cast: –
James Gunn had a habit to work with a lot of the same actors and crew members on each of his films.
Gunn has repeatedly worked with actors like Nathan Fillion, Michael Rooker, and Steve Agee, as well as his brother, Sean Gunn.
All four appeared in Gunn’s most recent film, 2021’s The Suicide Squad, which also saw Gunn work with a number of actors he’d previously never worked with before in any project.
According to a latest report it has been seen that there will be few familiar faces seen in Suicide Squad in the movie.
Recently Deadline released an article stating that Daniela Melchior will appear in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
James Gunn later confirms this on Twitter, by writing that Melchior is “wonderful” in the film and calling her “one of my favorite people & actors around.” Gunn went on to say that he hopes Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is “just the second of many projects we’ll work on together”.
Melchior on Twitter said that she was shocked to see the “secret” get out, but wrote that she’ll keep Gunn’s “kind words in my heart.”
Abstract:
As most of the MCU’s biggest franchises movies, the Guardians of the Galaxy films doesn’t oppose to permanently knocking off characters from the movie.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 did exactly like that by Yondu (Michael Rooker) sacrificing himself for Peter Quill (Chris Pratt).
Because of which several people involved in Vol. 3 had anticipated that the film will continue even further into that kind of dramatic territory.
In 2021, Dave Bautista had given a hint that Vol. 3 will be his last appearance as Drax the Destroyer in the MCU.
After making such comments by actors, Gunn also commented that the third Guardians film will be marked as the “end of the road” for “these members of Guardians.”
By seeing all these comments, it seems like that Guardian of Galaxy’s Vol. 3 will be the last time fans get to see the Guardians which they loved so much and appreciated.
