The murder of a tailor in Udaipur has been turned up to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) by the central government. In Rajasthan, the incident has caused unrest and tension. The Rajasthani government has imposed Section 144 of the CrpC in all districts for one month in response to the ‘brutal’ murder of the tailor, Kanhaiya Lal, in Udaipur on Tuesday, which was caught on camera. The entire state’s internet has been down for 24 hours as a result.
According to ANI, which cited a source, the NIA team included an official with the rank of Deputy Inspector General (DIG). After viewing the crime scene, the NIA team will probably file a complaint under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, according to ANI, which cited official sources.
Case of Udaipur
After his 8-year-old son uploaded a social media post endorsing former BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma’s remarks on Prophet Mohammed, which constituted “blasphemy” in the Islamic worldview, Kanhaiya Lal was killed. While the Central Home Ministry has started taking action against the terrible crime, it is crucial to look into the boundaries that Islamism has crossed as it has spread from fundamentalist strongholds to the worst form of roadside radicalism.
The two murderers went into Kanhaiya Lal’s shop pretending to be customers, grabbed him by the neck, stabbed him repeatedly, and killed him. Similar to how Makhan Lal Bindroo’s neighbours helped Islamists kill him during the 1990 Kashmiri Hindu Genocide by revealing his location and opening the door for them.

The entire police force is actively investigating it. can only image the rage that the murder has caused in society. Accordingly, we are acting,” he was cited as saying by news source PTL.
