New York City, one of the most lively and thriving cities in the world, has recently witnessed a series of different shootings spanning across just 11 hours.
According to the New York Police Department, shootings took place in five different areas in the city. Some of the victims were a 74 year old woman, a woman taking her dog for a walk and a mother and her daughter inside a grocery store.
The suspects of the two incidents are believed to be a pair of gunmen committing both crimes. The gunmen were seen riding bicycles, however no arrests for any of the shootings have been made so far.

The mother (46) had a grazed chin and the daughter (13) had suffered a gunshot wound to the arm. The Police said that the mother and daughter were both rushed to the hospital for treatment.
The police speculated that the gunfire occurred due to an argument between the two gunmen. Therefore, they opened fire and fled the scene on bicycles soon after.
Here after, at around a similar time, a few blocks away from the first shooting another occured. A shooter shot a 22 year old woman walking her dog. She was taken to the hospital later as well but was in stable condition.
