The renowned Indian Film Actress Waheeda Rehman turned 84 years old on 3rd February 2022. It will be a blessing to celebrate an auspicious event. She began her acting career in 1955. When she was just 17 years old, she entered the Film Industry. Since then, making her career in Films, she turned into one of the greatest known Actresses in the Film Industry.
On her birthday, she was making it heartful for the Industry to celebrate when she is turning 84 this day. She got married to Indian Film Actor Kamaljeet in the year 1974. The Actor Kamaljeet passed away in 2000.

The actress was honored with Padma Shri in the year 1972 and Padma Bhushan in the year 2011. She is also a Philanthropist. She has completed the education of advocate and an ambassador of Rang De, an organization combating poverty in India.

The actress made her first film debut in the year 1955 in Telugu Film, Rojulu Maraayi and Jayasimha. Since then, she has been heading up an acting career and has turned into one of the greatest Indian Film Actresses. The Filmmaker sharing the moment of the shooting says, recalling one night when they were shooting in the desolated ghost town in Sambar, Rajasthan for Delhi- 6. A set got constructed of a temple under the tree. It was a desert location, and the temperature was recorded very low minus four-degree Celsius. Om Puri, Rishi Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan, Prem Chopra, Vijay Raaz, Atul Kulkarni, Divya Dutta, K.K. Raina, an electric group of artists, sat in the Temple set as it was less windy there.

It was 2 am, and he insisted everyone have Tea. Suddenly his notice caught Waheeda Rehman Ji standing on the marble floor of Temple, bare feet. He asked her why isn’t wearing something on her feet while everyone was in socks, sweaters and shawls. She replied “wo mandir hain na”. The Filmmaker said, “Ma’m Wo Mandir Ka Set Hai”. She reasoned, “Hai To Mandir Hi Na Mere Dil Mein”. How do you view this beautiful thought? This is about respecting someone else’s beliefs and making them your own.
