The WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) announced the return date for one of the biggest live wrestling tournaments.
Recently, WWE has announced that the 38th instalment of the annual wrestling tournament will be held on Saturday, April 2 and Sunday, April 3. Played between mid-march and mid-April, Wrestle Mania is a live event of professional wrestling held by the world’s largest professional wrestling promotion; WWE.
The match cards of the two-day event have been released with the dates of the confirmed matches. The first day would include matches for three different categories/ titles. The “RAW Women’s title match” would be between Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch ©.
Three matches are scheduled in the “SmackDown Tag Team Title Match” category, namely, Drew Mclntyre v/s Happy Baron Corbin, Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio v/s Logan Paul and The Miz, Shinsuke Nakamaru and Rick Boogs v/s The Usos ©.
The final match for day one would be the “WWE SmackDown Women’s Title Match” fought between Charlotte Flair © and Ronda Rousey.
Day two of the event has another three categories of matches scheduled in the cards. Two matches announced for the “Anything Goes Match” categories are Austin Theory v/s Pat McAfee and Sami Zayn v/s Jhonny Knoxville.
The “Triple Threat for the RAW Tag Team Titles” match would be Alpha Academy v/s The Street Profits v/s Riddle © and Randy Orton.
The final match for the second day would be between the WWE champion Brock Lesnar and the WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns for the “Winner Takes All-Championship Unification match”.
Aside from the matches mentioned above, two other matches have been confirmed. However, those have not been assigned a date from the two nights when they will be played. Those matches include a duel between Aj Styles and the WWE Hall Famer Edge, and the “Fatal 4 Way for the WWE’s Women’s Tag Team Titles” between the four duo teams; Shayna Baszler and Natalya, Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley, Naomi and Shasha Banks, and Carmella and Queen Zelina Vega ©.
The event will be hosted by Kevin Owens with the special guest the WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin. The two nights of the live event would be held in the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
