Mumbai: Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri has been caught criticizing Kiara Advani and Aamir Khan in a bank commercial which is repeatedly slammed on the internet as “hurting Hindu sentiments.”

Aamir Khan Trolled king: Criticized Again

Whether it’s boycotting, criticizing, or unabating trolls Aamir khan is always said to be the center of attention. It started back in 2016 when he said his wife Kiran Rao doesn’t feel safe in India. Due to these remarks being referred to again he was asked to apologize for the past comments or face a boycott.

After Lal Singh Chaddah got boycotted and became the villain of relentless trolling, it is now the turn of his recent television ad with Kiara Advani. This time some of the netizens are attacking in the name of allegedly hurting Hindu sentiments and traditions.

Many on social media have shared the video of AU Small finance advertisement, where Aamir and Kiara are playing a newlywed couple. In a big bid to break the gender stereotype and traditions of Hindu marriages. The husband moves to his wife’s house. The groom takes the first step into their new house by opposing the tradition of bribes doing so.

Then Amir khan appears in the bank and says, “Why Should traditions that have continued for centuries continue to do so? That is the reason we question banking traditions so that you can get the best banking experience.”     

Vivek Rajan Agnihotri also tweeted on the matter, “I just fail to understand since when do banks have become responsible for changing social and traditional values of a religion? I think AUbankindia should just change the corrupt banking system. They keep on making this nonsense and then they ask why Hindus are trolling. Idiots.”
