During an interview, Alia Bhatt talked about her decision to have a baby when her career was at its height
Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt in an interview with Bombay Times talked about her decision to have a child when her career was at its peak. During her pregnancy, Alia was seen shooting for her films Darlings’, ‘Brahmastra’ and her Hollywood debut movie ‘Heart of Stone’. She never let her pregnancy come in the way of her work and continuously kept shooting for her movies.
Alia talked about having her daughter Raha said, “Won’t regret my decision ever”
Alia was recently asked during an interview what motivates her to live life on her own. Alia shared, “There is nothing right and wrong in life, what works for me can work for someone else too but might not work for others. I have always been an individual who follows her heart no matter what.”
“What will happen with your life in future? you cannot plan it, your life plans it for you, and you just have to follow that track. Be it movies or anything else, I have always let my heart decide. Yes, when my career in Bollywood was at its peak, I decided to get married and have a child.”
“Who said that after you are married, or you become a mother it will affect your work and change it? Even if it happens, I don’t care. I knew that in life, I would never regret my decision to have a child. It is a natural instinct. Having my daughter Raha is by far the best decision of my life. I’ve never felt more delighted and more fulfilled in my life.”
“When you become a mother, every moment is precious and invaluable, and as an actor I believe in myself. If you work hard and are a good actor, then if people want to work with you, work will automatically come to you and if work doesn’t come to you, that’s okay. Maybe it’s not your time yet. I’m not someone who puts too much emphasis on this thing. I give a lot of importance to my work, but I also give a lot of importance to my life, and I want to strike a balance between my work and my life. Jo dil mein aata hai vo karo”, Alia further said.
