As being a part of this discussion CM also gave necessary instructions and facilities to devotees in public interest.
About Guideline issued by CM Yogi
According to a press release issued by the UP CM, the public should exercise caution regarding the law and order situation in the vicinity of the upcoming festivals. The officials stated in the press release has following statements,”
Shravan, the holy month, commences on July 4. Due to the Adhimas, this year the month is extended by two months. During this period, the festivals of Shravan Shivratri, Nagpanchami & Rakshabandhan would be celebrated. The customary Kanwar Yatra would take place during this month. Monday worship would also be of special significance during this period. Prior to this on June 29, the festival of Bakrid will be celebrated. It is evident that this period is sensitive from the point of view of law and order, which is why we must remain vigilant and cautious.

About Sound and Road Safety
According to the statement, CM Yogi also said that the local administration should have a dialogue with the relevant religious leaders and academics regarding the implementation of proper road safety measures during the holy months of Ramadan and Diwali.
The sacrifice of Bakrid, mark in advance
According to the official statement, CM Yogi gave strict directions. He gave the strict reaction regarding the ban on offering sacrificial animals during the holy month of Ramadan.
The place where the sacrificial animals will be sacrificed should be indicated in advance. No sacrificial animals should be offered at places where they are not allowed.
It is important to ensure that no prohibited animals are sacrificed anywhere. It is also necessary to have a systematic plan for the proper disposal of the waste after the sacrifice in every district as this waste can lead to the spread of diseases.
Kanwar Yatra
Every effort should be made with the local requirements in mind to ensure that each festival is celebrated peacefully and in harmony. Divers should be deployed based on previous experience. CCTVs on the route of the Kanwar yatra should be installed. Places where Kanwar camps are to be established should be indicated in advance to avoid disruption to traffic.
No display of weapons this time
The officials said that it has been decided in the discussion with the CM that, “There should be no displays of weapons at religious processions. There should be no incidents that hurt the feelings of people belonging to other communities. Insulting elements may try to provoke people from other communities. Monitor these incidents. The additional police forces should be deployed in vulnerable areas. The police forces should also have to do daily foot patrolling in the evening. PRV 112 should be activated to deal with chaotic elements strictly.
Smooth supply of electricity during the festivals
The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister also gave instructions to keep the electricity supply running smoothly during the festivals. He said that no one should complain about any unnecessary cuts from anywhere during the festivals, regardless of whether they are in rural or urban areas. He also said that any damaged electric poles or dangling electric wires along the route of the Kanwar Yatra must be managed properly in a timely manner so that devotees don’t face any difficulties and no accidents don’t happen.
Arrangements for drinking water
Additionally, it has been also decided that due to the hot weather, water supply along the route should also be ensured. Wherever the food camps are organised, the team should verify the quality of the food items, the UP CM said in an official release.
With the rains in the offing, the CM Yogi said health emergency services should remain alert and health stations should be established along the route of the Kanwar yatra.
Traffic
Last important guideline issued in this press conference is given about traffic regulations. The UP Chief Minister also gave directions for setting up a traffic plan for all the cities.
The Chief Minister said that the illegal vehicle stands should be taken down as soon as possible.
Set up an action plan for proper traffic management in every city.
Decide on the route of the electronic rickshaws in the cities and set up charging stations for them.
