At a recent event in Hyderabad, actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu met spiritual teacher Sadhguru and asked him about life’s injustices.
During their conversation, she inquired whether injustice in one’s life might be attributed to one’s “past karma.”
Sadhguru said, “I want the world to be fair to me. Is a schoolgirl question.”
Samantha and Sadhguru discussed a variety of issues related to the spiritual guru’s life and ideas. They came together to commemorate Sadhguru’s 100-day trek for his Save Soil cause. In addition to the actor, Telangana Industries Minister K. T. Rama Rao attended the occasion.
Samantha asked Sadhguru a question that has been on her mind during their conversation. “How much of one’s life is a product of their prior karma?” she asked.
“Are the injustices and unfairness that one suffers in life the result of one’s previous karma, and if so, do you accept these injustices and take consolation in the knowledge that the karma is being cleansed, even if it may appear destructive to our lives in so many ways…” she asked.
Sadhguru responded by asking Samantha if she still believed the world is fair to her. ” By now, you should realize the world isn’t fair,” he said. It will not be equitable. ”
He goes on to explain that Samantha’s life will always be unfair.
