K-pop group BLACKPINK’s Lisa’s sleek and sassy debut solo album, “Lalisa”, debuted on Sept. 10 and has already stoked K-pop BLINK fans, has taken to this week’s Billboard Hot 100 chart. “Lalisa” ranks at No. 84 on the week’s most popular songs in the United States.
The South Korean girl band’s Lisa Manobal is a 24-year-old Thai rapper, aka Lisa is known in the K-pop industry for her singing skills and her crisp dance moves on stage.
On Friday, as Lisa finally marked her long-due solo debut with her single music video, Lalisa managed to zoom past the 170 million views mark within a week.

But this time, Lisa comes out as a successful solo artist after securing three spots on Billboard charts on Tuesday, she has made a name for herself with her track “Lalisa” from the album under the same name.
Rosé’s “On the Ground,” which took the maiden record on the charts after entering at No. 70, made her the first BLACKPINK bandmate, followed by Lisa to have a solo entry on the Billboard chart, as per Soompi.
According to Forbes, the solo album sold 9,200 digital copies in its first tracking frame after its release earlier this week, Lisa’s first in the U.S.
Forbes added that the B-side track of the album “Money” is about to chart on this week’s Digital songs sales chart at No. 8 and has a record sold of 6,900 online copies.
“Lalisa” has successfully charmed fans from the U.K. as well as America, with music enthusiasts in the U.K. voting the No. 68 spot on the weekly ranking track, which claimed recognition among the most popular songs in the country.
