Ministry of social justice and empowerment, government of India organized A ‘Samajik Adhikarita Shivir’ for distribution of aids and assistive devices to Senior citizens under ‘Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana’ (RVY Scheme) and to ‘Divyangjan’ under the ADIP Scheme by the department of SJ&E in association with ALIMCO, by Nagpur municipal corporation today in reshimbagh ground in Nagpur.
In this function the chief guest was present was union minister of road transport and highway minister Nitin Gadkari. He inaugurated the distribution camp and distributed the aids to the people and assistive devices to divyangian and sr. citizens was present Dr. Virendra Kumar, union mister of social justice and empowerment.
A total of 241200 aids and helpful devices price Rs. 3483 lakhs are going to be distributed freed from price underneath central Government theme to 27356 Senior voters and 7780 Divyangjan beneficiaries.
Speaking on the occasion Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari mentioned that serving the person happiness to marginalized section of the society and the one WHO stand’s last within the que should get advantage of government theme to empower them is that the aim of our Government.
He extended his feeling towards Dr. Virendra Kumar, Union Minister of Social Justice & authorisation for Implementing welfare schemes underneath his Ministry in Nagpur town.
