A video of a Pakistani women journalist has been going viral all over the internet where she deliberately slaps a boy who was taunting and interrupting her in between her live reportation.
She is claimed to be a journalist of Lahore Rang named Maira Hashmi. She was reporting for the festival of Eid al-Adha – a festival celebrated worldwide on Sunday, July 9.
In this viral video, this journalist lost her cool while giving a piece to the camera. She claimed that the teenage boy was constantly doing some task which was disturbing and distracting the journalist. Therefore, out of sudden rage and anger she slapped the boy in front of the live camera and it became viral.
People gave reviews by sharing this video on Twitter and criticized her for “an unnecessary outburst”. She replied her reason for this action on Twitter (Originally written in Urdu), saying, “This guy was harassing the family during the interview, which made the family upset. Didn’t give it another chance to be tolerated?”
However, this video upto now is having 66K views and 2961 likes.
A user wrote, “You think it’s cool, right? Mam, this isn’t cool, but this is called abuse. Will you ever slap your child this way? No? Then why did you do it with someone else’s? A child is prone to be like that. Making noise and disturbing family is in his nature. I am disappointed.”
