WHAT IS A CHATBOT AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
A chatbot is a computer program that with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) tries to understand the customer question and then finds the best solution for that question and generates an automated response to them thus stimulating human conversation.
Initially, Chatbots were programmed to answer a limited set of questions that had been put as pre-written inputs in them but over time with the development of natural language understanding (NLP) now chatbots can discern user’s needs and answer accordingly.
These chatbots are based on elements of AI like machine learning and deep learning, and then on the basis of user interactions, it further keeps on developing its granular knowledge.
