Actor Dev Patel risks his life trying to break up the knife fight.

Slumdog millionaire fame actor Dev Patel and his friends went to a convenience store on the 1st of August in Adelaide, Australia. Actor Dev Patel and his friends broke up the violent fight outside the store. According to Australian outlet 7News, a man and a woman were fighting there and the man got stabbed in his chest. The man expected to survive.

On the day of Tuesday, Dev Patel’s representative gave a statement to the entertainment website Variety that Dev Patel and his friends were on a night out in Adelaide and witnessed a violent altercation which was already in progress outside of the convenience store.

Dev Patel with his friends trying to break up the violent altercation between a man and a woman. The actor Dev Patel risked his life to stop that violent altercation which was already happening when they reached the convenience store. 

Thankfully the Dev Patel and his friends succeeded in the same and they were present at the site to make sure that the police and eventually the ambulance arrived. In the statement, they also added that there are no heroes in this type of situation and sadly this kind of incident highlights the major systemic issues of marginalized members of the society who are not being given the respect and dignity they deserve.

The representative of the Dev Patel also said that they are hoping that the same level of media attention this story receive because the actor Dev Patel a famous personality is involved in this situation and be a catalyst for the lawmakers to be more compassionate for the people and not only for the people but to the whole community as well for the solutions of the same. 

A reel life hero became a real-life hero after breaking up the knife fight by getting involved in a risky situation to stop the thing which was happening when he entered the convenience store with his friends.
