After 2 years, The Indian Army is set to clench by recruiting rallies under the newly announced Agnipath scheme from August 2022. The Army will conduct the “Agniveer Recruitment Rally” Procedure all over the country from August 2022 to December 2022.
The Government announced their plans to recruit 40,000 Agniveer in the Indian Army, while in the Corps of Military Police (CMP) 1,700 Women will fill up in Agniveer. 7.5 lakh applications under the Agnipath recruitment scheme have been receive in the Indian Air Force (AIF).
Agniveer criteria in Agnipath Scheme in India
The BJP nearly rule all of the states, and they announce that “Agniveer” would be prioritize for recruitment in state police forces and other government jobs. The Indian Army has claimed the recruitment eligibility criteria.
Agniveer (General Duty) (All Arms): Class 10th or Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. The age criteria should be around 17 to 21.
Agniveer (Tech) (All Arms): 10+2/Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject. Alternatively, a 10+2/Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English from any recognized State Education Board or Central Education Board, including NIOS and ITI courses of at least one year in the required field at NSQF level 4 or higher.
Agniveer Clerk / Store Keeper Technical (All Arms): Candidate should have a degree of 10+2/Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and a minimum of 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths/Accounts/Book-keeping in Class XII is mandatory.
Agniveer Tradesmen (All Arms) To be eligible for this post, one should be 10th pass(i) Class 10th simple pass and have no stipulation in aggregate percentage, but should have scored 33% in each subject. Agniveer Tradesmen (All Arms) The candidate should be 8th pass with no stipulation in aggregate percentage but should have scored 33% in each subject.
Women to be soon include in the Indian navy submarine crew, 20% ‘Agnipath’ entrants are women
