Introduction:  India the global advocate for peace is now the third-highest military spender in the world. A report by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) released on April 25 mentioned India’s military spending to be the third-highest in the world, behind only the US and China. Bihar Government blacklisted contractors - Asiana Times
