The anime industry is growing year by year and has captivated its audiences over time; known for its artistic artwork involving colors, motion graphics, VFX, GFX, and most important an epic storyline anime has caught the attention of people of all ages.

Available on streaming platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos, Crunchyroll, GoGoAnime, and Hulu, is known for its exclusive storytelling and narration.


As we wind up this year, the anime series which caught the most popularity in the year 2022 are:

1. Spy X Family:
Spy X Family, a magical action comedy has become a frenzy among anime fans in a short time, known for its twisting plot the series has garnered a lot of views over the internet. The action of story follows an undercover agent, ‘Loid’ who is the main protagonist caught amidst the cold war taking place in “Berlint”, in order to fake his identity adopts an orphan, Anya, as his daughter who has a telekinetic mind-reading ability and ‘Yor” as his wife, who is also an undercover agent of the rival government. Twists and turns in the story make this series an exciting binge-watch.

2. Cyberpunk & Edgerunners:
Adaptation of one of the most talked about video games, cyberpunk has emerged as one of the engrossing screen anime of time, known for its contrasting psychedelic colors and visual appeal cyberpunk involves the story of the cyberpunk franchise.
The plot revolves around ‘David Martinez, who is acquainted with a hacker named ‘Lucy’ and eventually gets swayed into the life of Night city, and eventually falls into a deeper state of constant brutality, corporate warfare, and treachery.

3. Chainsaw Man:
Chainsaw Man, crafted as a Manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto, has managed a fan following due to its brutal and gore animation. The story follows the life of Denji who makes a pact with a devil dog named pochita to grant him powers to transform into a chainsaw human hybrid, who makes his living via killing Devils for the Yakuza; and soon joins Public Safety Devil Hunters who task is to protect the civilians. The plot comprises trust, betrayal, and sacrifice.

4. Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury

The story has catered a lot of attention recently, Directed by Hiroshi Kobayashi, the plot circles around a technologically driven society hooked with interplanetary space adventures. The main protagonist of the show is Suletta Mercury, a girl from the remote planet Mercury. The show is available on Crunchyroll.

5. Attack on the Titans: The Final Season 2
Attacked on the Titans 2 is an anime adaptation of the videogame-play released on PS4, Xbox One, etc, the plot is more or less similar to season one of the show, in this season also the strife for survival continues and as survey corps dig deeper into the secrets of the invading Titans.
