After two years of hiatus, BLACKPINK will come back with their new album in August. BLACKPINK’S representative from the parent company YG announced on 6th June 2022.
Blackpink quartet Lisa, Jennie, Jisoo, and Rosé will be teaming up again for their next album.
The album is about to complete and in the final stage of recording.
After two years of Hiatus, Blackpink will come back with a bang with their music release.
Although there is no exact date for the release, the group has announced that they will be on a world tour till the end of this year, as per Soompi.
The rumor of BLACKPINK’s comeback is ever heard since April 2022.
Jennie also confirmed the comeback while appearing as a Guest on Game Caterer’s YouTube channel this March.
She said, “BLACKPINK is also making a comeback soon. I don’t know if I’m allowed to say this, but since I’m the only [BLACKPINK member] here, I’ll say it. Please look forward to it. Thank you very much.”
The fans are eagerly waiting for their new album release.
BLACKPINK has already given many successful hits through its debut album, The Album.

Lisa and Rosé- their solo music was released, and Jisoo got the leading role in K-drama Snowdrop.
Jennie will be seen in the HBO drama The Idol as per the sources.
They have been into advertisements and the fashion industry as ambassadors like Dior, MAC Cosmetics, Cartier, Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel, Celine, Bulgari, and Calvin Kevin.
