The wait is finally over as Ayan Mukherji’s Brahmastra launches its trailer today on Sony Music India’s YouTube Channel much to the delight of netizens.
After a 4-year hiatus, Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor is back on the big screen with Ayan Mukherji’s directorial Brahmastra which features a stellar cast including Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy, and Akkineni Nagarjuna. Ayan Mukherji took to Instagram nearly 7 hours ago to release the most-awaited trailer of Brahmastra.
Brahmastra: A Trailer that did not Disappoint
The trailer begins with a voiceover by Amitabh Bachchan, introducing us to the three temporal elements: Water (Jal), Wind (Vayu), and Fire (Agni). He further takes us into the life of Shiva (Ranbir Kapoor) who is the master of the Brahmastra, a weapon in which the powers of these elements are stored. This builds up the start of the much-awaited trailer of Film I of India’s first original universe, the Astraverse. Check out the trailer below –
As anticipated after the teaser, fans were overjoyed with the trailer as Ayan Mukherji and his VFX department did not let their expectations down. Fans claim that the chemistry between the newly wedded Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt was literal magic. It is possible to say that trailer has blown everyone’s minds and has brought in a plethora of brilliant reactions from a multitude of people.

A Surprise Cameo Overjoys the Netizens
Previously, there were reports that Shah Rukh Khan would feature a cameo in the film which grabbed the netizen’s attention. As soon as the trailer was released, SRK-and did not even spare a second before they spotted the superstar in the trailer. Although it has not been officially confirmed, fans are sure that the appearance and body language of the character could be none other than Shah Rukh Khan.
Releasing on 9th September, Brahmastra promises to be a film packed with fiery visuals, kick-hard action, and fanciful drama. It harnesses mythological tales and concepts of ancient India and formats them into the modern world. Fans are hoping the movie lives up to the hype its trailer creates and knocks the hats off the viewers with its beyond-life storytelling and VFX.
