The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed several charges against the accused for allegedly purposely undermining judges and the judiciary via digital network on internet platforms, unfairly attributing hidden motive in the delivery of judgments/orders.Â
In an investigation into alleged offensive posts published on the internet against Supreme Court and high court judges, the Bureau Of investigation (CBI) has arrested two lawyers and a businessman. On Saturday, lawyers M Chandrasekhar Rao and Kalanidhi Gopalakrishna, as well as businessman Gunta Ramesh Rao, were arrested in connection with the cases being investigated under the instructions of the Andhra Pradesh High Court, by the CBI.Â

The three were seized by the CBI in Hyderabad and interrogated until late in the evening.
