To decrease the rush in courts and to ease the judicial operation, CM Yogi's administration is preparing to bring all the courts under one roof, as per an authorised statement.
CM Yogi’s Plan
On the instructions of CM Yogi Adityanath, 10 districts containing Mahoba, Hathras, Chandauli, Shamli, Amethi, Hapur, Auraiya, Sonbhadra, Sambhal and Chitrakoot have been chosen as ‘pilot programs’ for the Integrated Court Complex. Rs 400 crore has been given away for the unique plan through the supplementary budget handed by the assembly, on Tuesday.
Participating in the consultation on the supplementary budget, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath likewise explained the eventful scheme of the Integrated Court Complex.He stated that the prompt discharge of justice is integral in good administration. With this spirit, the government is coursing to construct integrated court facilities in 10 districts. CM Yogi announced that the model of the Integrated Court Complex has been successfully applied in Baroda district of Gujarat.
At the same time, in a high- status meeting on the action program of the complex, the Chief Minister further said that, cohering to the distinct colours of crimes, the number of courts along with distinctive laws has also accelerated for fast justice. These courts serve from different places in the districts. Courts are running in leased structures in numerous locations. Due to courts in different directions in the same district, both the judicial officers and the petitioners face problems.
Integrated Court Complex
He added that there are also challenges with security setups and executive arrangements. In view of this, integrated court structures can be applicable for the courts. In addition, the construction of similar court complexes has also been arranged by the Supreme Court in order. On the instructions of the Chief Minister, the Public Works, Home and Law and Justice Departments are working out on this design.
The integrated structure will have room for all the installations containing the court, judges ’ chamber, assembly hall, video court, poking, and canteen. There will also be places along with the court building.District and subordinate courts in this integrated court complex are to be constructed in 10 districts. There will be Commercial Courts, Miscellaneous, Tribunals, Fast Track Courts, Lok Adalats etc.
There will also be a domestic colony for judges and judicial officers and workers, parking and a food plaza along with court structures, an advocate chamber and a theatre.
