The king of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan made his comeback this year with his much awaited film Pathaan and has been in the trending list throughout this year for his upcoming projects Pathaan, Jawan and Dunki.
When Pathaan was brought to the box office floor it brought a tsunami of collections and broke many earlier records and established multiple new ones such as 500 cr. + collections at the box office.
The actor has been the talk of town for his film Jawan which is set to release on September 7th and has created a huge buzz and is said to be even more influential and bigger than Pathaan.
Amid all these Bollywood Hungama’s sources have learnt that the much awaited Hirani’s film Dunkis trailer is set to be released this diwali.
The film is based on the illegal immigration via “Donkey Flight” method as learned by the sources and has been in headlines from the date of it’s announcement as the audience is eager to watch the magic of his duo on the screen.
It’ll be the first film where Rajkumar Hirani and Shah Rukh Khan would work together and the film is expected to throw the magic of Hirani and charm of Shah Rukh this December.
While this diwali Salman’s Tiger 3 is about to hit the screens and there has been rumors that Dunkis trailer too would be released with the same. Also it might prove to be a good marketing approach since Shah Rukh Khan is said to be in a cameo role in the same film as his character of Pathaan as these all movies are a part of “the spy universe” of YRF.
The sources of Bollywood Hungama quoted that, “The Rajkumar Hirani’s and Srk’s most awaited film trailer is planned to be released on this Diwali and for the same reason Rajkumar Hirani has planned to start the work at the earliest.”
Overall the movie is expected to be a mesmerizing treat to the eyes of audience given it comprises the best class actor and director combination which is setting the bar of expectations too high. It is expected to be one such film of Bollywood which would bring back its crown of creativity and would wipe out the negativity around there.
Reports have indicated that the film would hit the screens this December. However there has been no official announcement made on the same. Most probably the film would step on 25th December ,2024 as Srk is known to have his films at box office on the Christmas and New Year apart from Diwali, also there were rumors of the same to be shifting in 2024 but till now there has been no official announcement on the same so it’s better to wait for this treat and for the official announcements.
Talking about the cast apart from Shah Rukh Khan reportedly includes the gorgeous Tapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, Shah Emtiaj , film would deal with the topic of societal awkwardness definitely along with some comedy and light weighted scenes which would create a joyful aura around and the film is said to have a budget of about 100 crores , producers are the women herself Gauri Khan and Rajkumar Hirani, it’ll is being made under the production house of Red Chillies Entertainment and the OTT rights have been given to Jio Studios.
