Gandhi Godse- Ek Yudh is a story based on fictional events in the life of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi and Nathuram Godse the basic plot is about an attack in which Gandhi survives and later meets Nathuram Godse in prison where their debate turns into an aggressive battle of words and later leads to a face-off of their ideologies.
The film is all set to release on 26th January 2024 on Republic Day which will be clashing with the most anticipated film Pathaan (25th January 2024).

The teaser of the most promising historic fiction drama Gandhi Godse- Ek Yudh was unveiled on 2nd January 2024, the announcement of the movie was made with a motion poster a month ago which seemed promising and reflected in the teaser.
The title of the film is a balance of the names of the main lead Gandhi and Nathuram Godse (Gandhi Godse).
The teaser clearly manifests the war of words and perception of ideas between Gandhi and Nathuram Godse, the period drama is set in the year 1947-1948.
In the teaser, it is portrayed that Nathuram Godse shoots Gandhi and later they are sentenced to prison where there is a fierce battle of words between them where a frame shows “Vicharon ka Yudh” (The battle of ideas).
At the end of the trailer, Nathuram Godse is seen accusing Gandhi of using violence against the people, however, the accusation of violence is not a physical one but ‘psychological’.
The teaser clearly gives a glimpse of the strong character development of Gandhi and Nathuram Godse, the role of Gandhi is portrayed by Deepak Antani and the role of Nathuram Godse is portrayed by Chinmay Mandlekar, the film will mark the debut of Tanuja Santoshi and Anuj Saini.
The teaser seems diplomatic between the characters as it is not in favor of either Gandhi or Nathuram Godse, till now it is assumed that the makes are not biased against a single character and both are equally powerful.

Apart from that, he came into the limelight in the year 2022 with his most barbaric role ever in Vivek Agnihotri’s, The Kashmir Files where he played the most brutal antagonist Farooq Malik Bitta which terrified the audience.
