In four years, both world leaders first ever summit between Vladimir Putin and Kim Jung Un end over a proposal of visiting North Korea. As Kim Jung Un continues to advance in military modernisathion for his country. He meets for the first time with Russian President Vladimir Putin to the extreme far east of the Russia as there had been reinforce alliances amid Russia-Ukraine war.
