Kher had tweeted, “I have tested positive for Covid. So anyone who has come in contact with me please get yourself tested.” Apart from that the 70-year-old also shared glimpses of her diagnosis. One user had written, “Please take care. God Bless you for a quick and speedy recovery,” while another user wrote, “Get well soon, all the love and happiness.”
Kirron Kher is an MP (member of Parliament) of the ruling political party, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and originally hails from Chandigarh.

In the same year, in March, Kirron Kher received her COVID jab in Mumbai, at Kokilaben hospital, which was a part of India’s largest vaccination campaign. While on the other hand, Kirron has kept herself busy with her political errands as a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader.
From the data revealed by the Union Health Ministry, which was updated only on Tuesday, India has logged 699 new cases of Coronavirus. The active cases have taken a massive leap to 6,599. While the death count has risen to the count of 5,30,808 with two deaths.
