A woman filed a domestic violence case from Dharavi (Mumbai) against her husband, but during the investigation when the husband digs into his wife’s educational background, he found out that she had forged certificates to get admission into BAMS. He immediately informs the police about the discovery and helps them arrest her.
The Complainant is Sachin Patwa, who works in a private company. He told in his complaint that his wife Sonal is a Doctor Who works in a private clinic in Ghatkopar and lives at a rented flat at Sion. In July of 2019, Sonal went to her parent’s house as she was pregnant and delivered her baby girl in October of the same year. She then continued to stay at her parent’s house till the end of 2020.

He then to confirm his suspicion looked into her educational qualification where he found out that She was born and brought up in Mumbai and completed her SSC From Sadhana Vidyalaya in Sion in the year 2007, and her HSC from Gauridutta Mittal Junior college in Sion in the year 2009 In which she chose science as her stream.
Even though she completed her education from Sion. Pm her medical license her education mentioned to be done from UP. Sachin Patwa then said that he wrote to the institutions from where he got her mark sheets that he then submitted to the police as evidence.
The police said that under the guidance of DCP Pranay Ashok and senior inspector Balwant Patil, they’ve written to the UP colleges where it was concluded that the accused has forged the documents to get admission. Subsequently, an officer was given the responsibility to have her under arrest.
