Nowadays, because of the body’s strong appetite and modern diets, people sometimes overeat fats and carbohydrates, and the body vigorously favours over everything else. People highly consume processed and refined foods which are low in protein – people are driven to eat more energy-dense foods unless they satisfy their protein hunger.
