Kohli’s contribution to the team’s score was not much but it can surely be compensated with his fielding performance.
Just after the videos of Kohli’s one handed catch and run out goes viral, fans flood the internet and twitter with Kohli’s skills. One user mentioned on Twitter that catches win matches, while others claimed that India won only because of Kohli.
Match Summary
The toss fell into the favour of Australian Captain, Aaron Finch. Finch invited the Indian batters to bat first.
Team India’s openers, Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul couldn’t give it a better start than going for maximums. KL scored a half-century in just 24 balls and headed towards the pavilion with a score of 57 in his stats.
Surya Kumar Yadav, is another in the list of smashing down the Australian bowlers. Surya’s knock added another 50 in just 33 balls, with 6 boundaries and 1 maximum to the team’s total.
