Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday’s Liger is now streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar.
Liger, which starred Vijay Deverakonda and was directed by Puri Jagannadh, is now available to view online after it was a huge financial failure in theatres. The film, which was directed by Puri Jagannadh, is currently available to stream in both its original Hindi as well as its original Telugu form on Disney Plus Hotstar. On August 25, the movie was presented to the public for the first time in theatres.

Liger is now available to stream on Disney+ Hotstar. On September 22 at twelve in the night, the movie will be made available for purchase in all four of the languages spoken in South India. The Hindi translation of the film will be made available at a later date.

The film’s production cost was reported to be 125 crores of rupees, however, the amount of money it made has been called into question. A report from Bollywood Hungama claims that the movie only grossed Rs. 20 crores (about $500,000) in India on its first day, however, Dharma Productions claims that it generated Rs. 33 crores (about $500,000) internationally on its first day.

Choice of Actors Made by the Director for the Role of Liger
It was disclosed by the director Jagannadh Puri that Janhvi Kapoor was the initial option for the role of “Liger,” but she was unable to participate in the production because of schedule issues. Ananya Panday was eventually cast as the main female character after she was recruited for the role.
According to the director, one of the most difficult tasks was casting boxing superstar Mike Tyson in a cameo role that had more screen time than usual.
