Liger is one of the most anticipated movies in Bollywood. The Dharma production introduces the rebel of the Telegu film industry Vijay Deverakonda into Bollywood alongside Ananya Pandey. The teaser already created a huge stir in the pan-Indian audience.

The teaser showed only a glimpse of what a fighter from local Mumbai Chawl is escalated to one of the most watched and loved MMA fights in the world. It introduced the character of Vijay as a man as sharp as a tiger and king of the (concrete) jungle Lion, here comes LIGER
Trailer
The trailer opens with a huge populated stadium of MMA where audiences are shouting Liger and the fighter appears. Ramaya Krishnan who plays the mother of a stammering boy (Liger) comes to Mumbai with a dream to make her son a leader. With lots the local fights and duels, the boy gets spotted by a coach Ronit Roy and the man is polished as a professional fighter.
The plot
In the plot, Liger seems to be an underdog fighter who is taken to fight for his country in Asian Games or Olympics and his mother is support and boosts him to fight for life. It is a very common scenario in movies where a boy is being crushed by society and has to fight his way out to live a decent and dignified life.

The introduction of one of the most famous fighters in the history of Boxing Mike Tyson is quite insane. People will see the person in acting shoes. Ananya Pandey’s role seems to be a love interest of Vijay and not much is revealed.
The trailer journeys Vijay’s story as a tea seller who ultimately represents India to win the MMA title. Earlier, Vijay along with Ananya, Karan Johar, and Puri Jagannadh arrived in Hyderabad for the grand trailer launch event.
