The Ayurveda specialist advised drinking this Magic Drink concoction instead of your usual chai every morning to be healthy

As a result, maintaining a healthy diet and a balanced lifestyle throughout this season becomes essential. Dr Dixa Bhavsar, a specialist in Ayurveda, advised drinking a good Ayurvedic beverage every morning in addition to eating healthy foods.
She shared the recipe and advantages of this winter drink on Instagram, writing, “Begin your morning with this winter drink for hair fall, migraine, weight loss, hormonal balance, regulating sugar levels, insulin resistance, bloating and enhanced immunity (to prevent cough-cold).”
Here’s how you can prepare this Magic Drink at your home,
Ingredients
*2 glasses of water (500 ml)
*7-10 curry leaves
*3 ajwain eaves
*1 tbsp coriander seeds
*1 tsp cumin seeds
*1 powdered cardamom and
*1-inch ginger slice (grated).
Method
- Then, on a medium burner, boil the mixture for five minutes with all the spices added to make this Magic Drink.
- Your warm winter morning beverage is ready after straining the liquid.
- You only need to consume 100 ml of this. Half a lemon should be added for weight loss, advised Dr Dixa.
