Alia and Ranbir’s wedding has created some buzz in the Bollywood industry, and we can see that people can’t stop talking about the wedding details. Along with the wedding details, we can’t stop noticing the outfits that were worn by the whole Bhatt and Kapoor families. We all know that these families have been serving the Hindi film industry for generations, and they have some famous actors and actresses in their midst. including Alia’s friends, who were also wearing designer sarees and lehengas. These are some of the few outfits that their family members wore.
Kareena Kapoor Khan
Raj Kapoor’s granddaughter and Randhir Kapoor’s daughter Kareena Kapoor, who is also the wife of Saif Ali Khan, wore a Manish Malhotra’s classic real Zari embroidered organza saree in baby pink along with a matching bag, and she was looking gorgeous throughout the whole function. Akansha Ranjan Kapoor
Shashi Ranjan and Anu Ranjan’s daughter, Akansha Ranjan Kapoor, who is also Alia’s best friend, attended the wedding along with her other friends. Akansha wore a green Sabyasachi saree along with Sabyasachi jewelry.
Neetu Kapoor and Ridhima Kapoor Sahni
Neetu Kapoor, who is the wife of the late Rishi Kapoor, wore a saree along with her daughter Ridhima Kapoor, who is the elder sister of actor Ranbir Kapoor. Ridhima wore a mandala skirt hand-embroidered with gold mirror and zardozi work, along with a tassel blouse and a cape, and her mother, Neetu Kapoor, wore a colorful saree. Both of their clothes were designed by mega fashion designers, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. The duo has completed almost 35 years in the design industry and they are Bollywood’s favorite designer duo.
Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Navya Naveli Nanda
Every one of us is aware of Amitabh Bacchan since he has had such a huge impact on Indian film cinema, but all of us were confused about how his daughter is related to the Kapoor family. In case you guys don’t know, Shweta Bacchan’s husband, Nikhil Nanda, is the first cousin of actor Ranbir Kapoor. His late mother, Ritu Nanda, was Rishi Kapoor’s elder sister. Both of them passed away in 2020. Shweta Bacchan, along with her family, was present at Alia and Ranbir’s wedding, and she also wore a Maya saree paired with a bulge beaded blouse designed by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, and her daughter Navya Nanda also wore a lime green organdy applique saree styled with a turquoise collared blouse designed by the same.
