Waqf board to buy bulldozers to free the encroached property for building schools and colleges

Mohammad Shadab Shams (BJP Leader) has become the unopposed President of the Uttarakhand Waqf Board. On Wednesday, he announced that the foremost preeminence of the board is to free the encroached and illegal Waqf properties.
For the process, Shadab has assured that the board would be buying its own bulldozer.
The board has already discussed the issue with Pushkar Singh Dhami (Chief Minister).
Shams told that they would be bringing a proposal to run the bulldozer of ‘Dhakad Dhami’ (Fearless Dhami) and the Waqf Board will purchase its bulldozer.
Shams has served BJP outlining various capacities. He has been serving as the Party spokesperson. He was handed over the certificate of unopposed election by Principal Secretary (Minority Welfare) L Fanai at the Dehradun Secretariat.
The Waqf Board is all set to act as a legal organization that would ensure the pertinent administration of Waqf properties.
It would also encounter the generated revenue that would be used in the line with Muslim principles and law.
After the formation of Uttarakhand, a survey was conducted which concluded that there are properties worth Rs 1.5 lakh crore approximately and it comes under the Waqf Board. Shams informed that a lot of these properties are illegally retained. The properties are for the poor and the main emphasis of the board is to free them.
He further mentioned that the board had planned that they will run a bulldozer on Waqf mafias and once who are involved in the encroachment.

“The board has its own tribunal and court to free the properties and what we did not have so far is the will power.” shams mentioned.
Shams during the discussion with Chief Minister thanked him and informed him that the board would be bringing in a proposal for the purchase of its bulldozer.
When they will free the properties, they would be utilized for the betterment of the education system. Schools and colleges would be opened in that space so that quality education can be given to the children. It would altogether benefit the community.
The Waqf Board will also ensure that English-medium education would be imparted in the madrasas and would operate as per the [syllabus of] Uttarakhand Board.
The Waqf board would convert the madrasas into schools. It would prepare a system that would welcome Hindu students as well.
The 10 members of the Waqf Board unanimously voted and made Shams their elected President. The voting was done under the presence of Principal Secretary Fanai. The position of the president of the Waqf Board was empty for the last eight years.
