The concept of power is very effective. If we know the right source of power, then we are able to become a better leader and conquer the hearts of the hearts. Everything comes with a big cost, so the concept of power is that what happens when we surrender the power to the universe? Or to the situation? Victimhood can become a part of a person’s identity, but it is a learned behavior and can be changed. It often evolves as a defense mechanism to cope with adverse life events.
To know more, read the following passages.
What is mindset?
Mindset refers to the pattern of thinking, the way we choose to think. At first it is default, very inquisitive and we are so agreeable and believable. This is for kids. Later we do develop the way we idolize like the people in society. And for kids their world is their parents. So, they do replicate the mindset that the guardians or the parents have.
Generally, we see 2 types of mindset. One is an open mindset and the other one being closed mindset. An open mindset is open to new ideas, opinions and stuff that they see, listen to or observe. They are not able to conclude properly. So, they do end up in a conundrum.
Where as, on the other hand – closed mindset is very receptive with the new ideas, thoughts and opinions. It just doesn’t care about it. Ignore the change and these people are very defensive and stubborn.
Now these are all about perception process. Why do we form perception biases? Because we are in a hurry to give closure. I have a very good hold on psychology, and it is something I acquired from someone. Definitely the one who inspired me – my mentor Ms. Sugandha Sharma. She taught me organizational behavior and I connect with her so deeply that the topics does connect with me.
The one we fabricate after realization is a new mindset. We do that with our consciousness.
Now the third mindset is also there, it is for those who are as self-aware as they know their reactions to the situations, they know themselves and are focused on the balancing of personality types.

Concept of power?
Power refers to authority that a person has over others, the thing that we get from society over our certain performance parameters? No, not at all. Absolutely wrong.
Correct meaning.
The power we get because of the fact of having the charisma, the demeanor and the prowess that we carry naturally. So, the people and the crowd do follow us as who we are. No dominance or anything but only the connection. When you show that you are a team player, not partial, down to earth. In India, the best example for this is our honorable prime minister Mr. Narendra Modi.
What is victim Mindset?
We all have our ups and downs in life. Bad things might happen to you or people you know on a daily basis. But there are some people who claim it is never their fault. They argue that they have no control over the tough situations and problems they encounter. It is simply always happening to them.
Victimhood can become a part of a person’s identity, but it is a learned behavior and can be changed. It often evolves as a defense mechanism to cope with adverse life events.
People who constantly blame other people or situations for the events in their lives have a victim mentality.
What Does a Victim Mentality Mean?
Youth ki awaaz
“It’s not my fault.” Someone who acts from a place of victimhood claims things that happen to them are the fault of someone or something other than themselves. It might be the fault of their partner, family, co-worker, friend, or “the way the world is.” They ferquently complain about the bad things that happen in their lives. They are reluctant to take personal responsibility, asserting that the circumstances aren’t in their control.Â
