Actor Rajpal Yadav calls it an absolute delight to complete his 25 years of Bollywood career with a blockbuster.
Popular Actor, Director, and Comedian Rajpal Yadav describe, as an actor, he is delighted to celebrate his 25 years in the film industry.
Rajpal Yadav, appearing as a special guest along with Kartik Aryan, Kiara Advani, and director-producer Anees Bazmee, promoting their latest movie ‘Bhool Bhulaiya 2’. The actor says, “It’s an incredible coincidence where I’m getting to ring in my silver jubilee year in Bollywood with a smashing hit that entered the swanky Rs 200 Crore club and still seems unstoppable. After a dark phase due to the pandemic, Bhool Bhulaiya 2 was a game changer for all of us. It not only made me sail through a rough patch but gave me a chance to start afresh in the industry.” He said, “I will be completing 25 years in the film industry on June 21.
Amongst the ones I have worked opposite, the ones I haven’t worked opposite, every hero or heroine has me their love, and I have always received their support.” The versatile actor gained a lot of appreciation for his different roles in various movies, ‘Chup Chup Key, ‘Hungama’, Waqt’: The Race Against Time, ‘Garam Masala’, ‘Phir Hera Pheri’, ‘Bhagam Bhag’, ‘Malamaal Weekly’, ‘Partner’, ‘Bhool Bhulaiya’, and ‘Dhol’. Even though he got success in playing negative roles, he loves playing comic characters.
Rajpal Yadav was the only actor who got to be part of the sequel of Bhool Bhulaiya. “I was a little surprised when I got to know that after over a decade BB was heading for a sequel.”
He said that the director (Anees Bazmee) called him and said, “It’s time to take the character of Chote Pandit to the next level.” He notches up from the last outing. It turned out to be the best role he played yet. He said that he enjoyed every bit of the movie and the audience.
