Soldiers attempted to enter from Bryansk
Four Ukrainian fighters attempted to enter Russia’s western Bryansk area from northern Ukraine on Wednesday, but were “eliminated” by Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB), according to press reports.
An attempt by a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group consisting of six militants to cross into the Bryansk Region was thwarted today at 7:00 a.m. (local time) thanks to organized cooperation by units from the Russian Defense Ministry and Russia’s FSB Border Directorate for the Bryansk Region. The regional governor of Russia, Alexander Bogomaz, announced the elimination of five saboteurs on his Telegram channel.
An agricultural worker was hurt earlier on Tuesday as a Ukrainian “sabotage and reconnaissance group” attempted to sneak into the bordering Starodubsky District in the Bryansk Region.
What did the soldiers possess?
The soldiers were accused by the FSB of possessing “foreign weapons including explosive devices” and of preparing “provocations and sabotage activities on Russian territory.”
The greatest invasion since the start of the Ukrainian War occurred in the Belgorod area in June.
Usually, Ukraine has blamed Russian political organizations hostile to President Vladimir Putin for carrying out such assaults.

He said that there had been no reports of injuries.
According to Ukraine’s Operational Command in the south, Russia attacked the area where one of the ports is located and destroyed grain and agricultural machinery storage hangers.
