Maybe they want to take a stand. Say they want to invite Rahul Gandhi to see the development work.
I believe that the responsibility for the invitation rests with the Chief Minister, and he has already done so. If anyone else issues the invitation, including myself, the decision will be made public after discussion with the Chief Minister,” said Singh Deo.
