On December 13, 2022, Stephen “tWitch,” a 40-year-old dancer, choreographer, actor, and cohost of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, passed suddenly.
The official conclusion of the investigation was made possible by the confirmation that Stephen had committed suicide and had been found with a gunshot wound to the head by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-office Coroners and the Los Angeles Police Department.
The West Valley Division received a call from the motel asking for assistance in investigating a death at around 11:20 a.m. There were “no signs of foul play,” they said after discovering the dead in his hotel room at The Oak Tree Inn in Encino, California. His residence is supposedly only 14 minutes from the motel.
The personnel at the motel reported that the 40-year-old did not appear to be distressed or experiencing anything similar the night before.
