THEY CAN NOT MEET THEIR LOVED ONES
Many people have to leave their homes and stay in the company as a part of training. They aren’t allowed to meet their parents/family till the contract ends or the agency permits. It’s a quite difficult task to stay away from your family for a long period of time. Some of them don’t get a chance to visit their hometown. In some companies, their family can visit them for only 30mins every month.

Most of the people working in the entertainment industry have managers appointed by the company to keep an eye on their entertainers. As a trainee, most of them have to follow all the instructions put upon by the company. They cannot go outside the company premises without the approval of their managers. They are always under the supervision of the company. They have to work according to the schedule which is designed by their company. They cannot share their personal preferences they need to follow the instruction given by the company without fail.
