Recently, Kyoto Animation had announced that the TV anime Tsurune will get 2nd season titled Tsurune: Tsunagari no Issha (Tsurune: The Connecting Arrow) that will be premiere in January.
The promo video for the anime will be debut on August 26 at a stage greeting event for the Gekijoban Tsurune: Hajimari no Issha anime film.
Cast of Tsurune:
Jun Fukuyama will be new member of the anime cast and the role he is given is of Eisuke Nikaido.
The Yuto Uemura will be returning as a Minato Narumiya and Kensho Ono as a Shu Fujiwara.
The director Takuya Yamamura is also returning to direct the second season of the anime.
Overview:
The first season of the anime was been premiered in Japan on the NHK-General channel in October 2018.
The anime was been licensed by Sentai Filmworks and it was streamed by Crunchyroll and HIDIVE with the English dub as it was aired in Japan.
The anime was also been released as home video by Sentai Filmworks in January 2020.
The release also includes an original video of the anime and also unaired 14th episode.

The story starts with Minato Narumiya who is starting his new journey as a freshman year at the local Kazemai High School.
Mr. Tommy is an advisor to the Japanese archery club, and is interested to recruit Minato, as well as his childhood friends Seiya Takehaya and Ryohei Yamanouchi.
Ryohei tries to convince Minato to atleast attend the Club’s Orientation, where he also meets Kaito Onogi and Nanao Kisaragi.
Mr. Tommy introduces Minato Infront everyone by saying, he has rare Japanese archery talent and request him to demonstrate it.
But he fails to hit the mark because he was afflicted by the serious condition.
As the story progress Minato, Seiya, Ryohei, Nanao and Kaito comes together.
So what are the hardship which they will face through their beautiful yet “bitter” youth?
The movie Gekijoban Tsurune: Hajimari no Issha also known as Tsurune The Movie: The First Arrow was opened in Japan in Friday.
The Takuya Yamamura is returning to direct the movie with Kyoto Animation.
He also done the screenplay for the animation with the supervision by television anime screenwriter.
The character is designed by the Michiko Yokote, Miku Kadowaki.

About Tsurune:
Tsurune is a light novel by Kyoto Ayano which was serialized into anime by Kyoto Animation a 2018.
Basically, story revolves around Minato, a high schooler who has grown up loving archery but developed a sudden target panic.
He is yet to be recruited into an archery club in high school and along with his team and instructor finds the true meaning behind the passion.
Conclusion:
Well, the anime based on sports but had few emotional touch to it and its also kind of heartwarming so if you like sport plus slice of life anime then this anime is worth try.
