Republican and Democratic members of the US Congress introduced legislation on Thursday that would make it easier for Ukraine to finance its fight against Russian aggressors from seized and frozen Russian funds. More than 100 billion dollars were approved by the United States Congress for various measures to be used by Ukraine for its defence against Russia.
