Speaking at an event in Rishikesh, the prime minister stated, “Only a few states had the AIIMS facilities about 6-7 years ago. Work is currently underway to bring AIIMS to every state. We’re rapidly expanding from six AIIMS to a robust network of 22 AIIMS. The government also wants to ensure that every area in the country has at least one medical college.”
He also praised previous Prime Minister AB Vajpayee’s contribution to the development of Uttarakhand, saying, “Atal ji has realised his dream of establishing Uttarakhand. Atal ji thought that development is inextricably linked to connectedness. As a result of his inspiration, work is already underway to assure unparalleled speed and scale in the country’s infrastructural connectivity.”
“The government today does not wait for citizens to approach them with their problems before acting. We’re working to eliminate this misunderstanding from the government’s thinking and structure. To tackle citizens’ problems, the government now goes straight to them “he stated.
The Prime Minister also expressed his gratitude for India’s ongoing vaccination campaign, saying, “The fact that 93 crore doses of COVID vaccine have been administered is a source of pride for every Indian. We will shortly surpass the 100-crore threshold. “India used to manufacture 900 metric tonnes of liquid medical oxygen per day on a daily basis. India expanded its output of medical oxygen by more than tenfold as demand grew. For any country in the world, this was an unimaginable ambition, but India has done it “PM Modi was also mentioned.
