A college student booked under POSCO for sexually assaulting and blackmailing class 11th student.

Gurugram: In a stunning occurrence detailed from the Gurugram district of Haryana, a 19-year-old understudy allegedly physically attacked and blackmailed a Class 11 understudy of a private school in the city. Police have now arrested the accused student.
A case has now been recorded at the all-ladies police station West under an important segment of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act. The complaint in such a manner was filed by the father of the victim.
In his complaint, the man said that his 16-year-old daughter was a companion to a senior understudy at her school a few months back. The two used to talk frequently. As per a report, the accused joined a college after passing out of the school.
He said the accused kept on conversing with her and began following her.
“My girl informed me that the accused student got a naked photograph of my little girl on WhatsApp during a conversation.” He then began blackmailing her with her purported photograph. He also requested her to call and meet him, “the report quoted the girl’s father as saying.”
The victim’s dad additionally asserted that the accused physically attacked her when he met her. “At the point when my little girl opposed his advances, he whipped her,” stated the complaint.
In view of the grumbling, a FIR has been recorded against the charged under Sections 323 (causing hurt), 354-D (stalking), and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Punitive Code (IPC) and Segment 6 of the Security of Kids from Sexual Offenses (POCS) Act. Police said the accused has been arrested and is being questioned.
