The protest that came after the Islamophobic speech given by the former BJP spokesperson Mrs. Nupur Sharma which turned violent in many parts of the country. The Uttar Pradesh government bulldozer justice which has become quite normal in the country demolished the homes of people accused in violent protest without any legal process involved.
Javed Mohammad, a prominent face in the anti-CAA protest, was named as a key conspirator by the Uttar Pradesh police in the FIR, and was taken into custody from his Kareli based residence on Friday. Later that day, his wife and his daughter and student activist Afreen Fatima were also detained, but they were subsequently released. One FIR invokes 24 sections of the INDIAN PENAL CODE, 1860, including sections 307 (attempt to murder) and 120B (criminal conspiracy).

The city of prayagraj where the violent protest took place there alone 5,000 people have been named in three FIRs out of them 68 people have been arrested. According to Press Trust of India 227 people from various districts in the state including 68 in Prayagraj, 50 in Hathras, 48 people in Saharanpur, 28 in Ambedkar Nagar, 25 in Moradabad and eight in Firozabad have been arrested.
The list of accused persons issued by the police includes names of people who had been prominent in the anti-Citizenship Amendment Act protests of 2019. Others are leaders of the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen, student activists and Left party workers.
Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA) which demolished the house of Javed Ahmed, one of its official told that they had issued a notice to him in May, asking him to appear before them but this claim was totally denied by the Afreen Fatima daughter of Javed Ahmed.
In her interview given to Al Jazeera she said that “No earlier notices of illegal construction were received by the accused or his wife”. The demolition is nothing just a tactics of bjp and Hindutva politics to suppress the voice of minorities and Muslims in the countries, the students across the universities are the real resistance against these hatemongers and they want to kill those voice.” . My father is a diabetic patient, he needs insulin daily its been 24 hours since police detained him” She added.

BJP Raised the issue of Gyanvapi Masjid and Mathura Eidgah, Hate speech was given by the BJP leaders Godi media made a debate and BJP spokesperson insulted Prophet Mohammed. In the debates, spokesperson insulted Lord Shiva and Shivling was also made fun of. But the question still remains the same Who is bringing Lord Shiva into the debate again and again who are they who are disrespecting prophet Mohammed, what is the need of this, who are the leaders who are doing politics in the name of God and Allah and communalizing the issue.

The notice served to the javed Mohammed refers to illegal construction of the family’s home. The notice highlights that a notice was sent on 10th of may was sent on the name of javed Mohammed and he was asked to appear on 24th of may however having no response of the above mentioned notice the demolition was result of that.
Mohd. Umam brother of javed Mohammed told The Wire that the notice is completely baseless, saying, “We did not receive anything and we had no information about construction pertaining to five floors or upwards.
A former chief justice told that:-
“Even if you assume for a moment that the construction was illegal, which by the way is how crores of Indians live, it is impermissible that you demolish a house on a Sunday when the residents are in custody”
Media adviser mrtyunjay kumar tweets in hindi and says “Remember, every Friday is followed by a Saturday,” and posted a photo of a bulldozer demolishing a building.
BJP mla shalabh mani Tripathi was posted a videotape identified “ Gift to Rioters ” which shows police labor force beating group of muslim youth in ranchi mercilessly.
The use of bulldozer as a justice tool is not the first time that has been used in the state of bjp governed uttar Pradesh.
In the name of setting example they have been targeting the minorities of the nation. Such attacks have become so common in our country today only and only because of the impunity these thugs enjoy, today hate has gone mainstream. It is cool to go attack Muslims. The hate mongers are also rewarded for their actions.
Since Mr Modi’s return to power for a second term in 2019, the anti-Muslim violence has expanded in its scope. Sometimes, the violence is not even physical and takes a more subtle, insidious form that appears aimed at vilifying and demonising the minority community.
The religious divide has deepened. the distrust has deepened this hate is for profit. The idea it to make Muslims the other, the enemy the process of creating the other is by propagating the idea that if we don’t destroy the other, we will be destroyed. So you stoke hate, create fear, and violence is part of this larger narrative this religious nationalism is a dangerous idea that can lead to sectarian violence.
Religious polarisation has increased in India since the BJP came to power. Television channels have held instigative debates and social media has seen rampant hate over the issue.
Numerous people associated with right- sect organisations frequently make controversial statements on television shows, but critics say Ms Sharma was not a” borderline element” as the BJP has claimed. She was an sanctioned prophet of the party, assigned with representing the BJP’s views. This is clearly the right view that BJP is each about its politics is each about “ hate and bigotry
