The mismanagement associated in the case.
There was a mismanagement in the auditorium on the 31st of May. The crowd present in the auditorium was double than the sitting capacity. The air conditioning machine didn’t work very well. Various videos were out that claimed that KK was feeling uneasy while performing on the stage. It was alleged that he took ten minutes of break and went backstage while performing for the audience. Advocate SN Mukhopadhay said that there will be no CBI probe because there had been no single complaint filed from the family members of the deceased singer.
