Bollywood Actor, Ranbir Kapoor got into a car accident mishap on his way to the trailer launch of Shamshera.
What Happened to Ranbir Kapoor Before the Trailer Launch?
During the trailer release, Ranbir Kapoor arrived late. At the launch, he revealed to the reporters and the fans that he had got into a car accident on his way. Usually very punctual to press meets, Ranbir explained the reason for his delay.
His driver accidentally took them to the wrong location which led to an unforeseen delay. They arrived at Infinity Mall in place of Inorbit. Later on the road, things took a turn for the worse. Someone had hit his car which led to glass shattering. This left the room including his co-stars in a flurry of shock. However, Ranbir sported a calm look and a big smile.
The Barfi actor added that Karan Malhotra said all this happened as a result of good luck and he is hopeful it turns out to be so. He reached the mall in a short black kurta paired with jeans and a black jacket. Fans were concerned about him but were happy that he was safe and sound.
Release of the Trailer of Shamshera
Meanwhile, the trailer of Shamshera was released on the 24th of June stunning the viewers who expect it to be a blockbuster. The second venture of Ranbir Kapoor this year after Brahmastra, his fans hope 2022 to be a fruitful year for him. Meanwhile, Shamshera is expected to release on 22nd July while Brahmastra comes out on 9th September.
The trailer features Ranbir playing a double role of a father and son. The trailer features Ranbir, a youngster looting towns and crashing weddings with his gang of friends until he meets Vaani Kapoor in character. He emerged as a patriotic nationalist who makes his mind to put up a fight against the Britishers. However, the antagonist turns out to be Daroga Shudh Singh, a brutal cop played by Sanjay Dutt.

Ranbir Kapoor on Sanjay Dutt; Personal and Professional Bond
Previously, Ranbir Kapoor starred in Sanjay Dutt’s biographical Sanju. Speaking about him, Ranbir added that Sanjay Dutt was his idol and first hero he admired. Throughout he went from hanging posters of him to starring in a film with him, for which he was grateful. He added that Sanjay equally loved Ranbir as a brother, son and friend.
