LE SSERAFIM Member Kim Garam is no longer part of the Girl Group as Hybe Labels and Source Music terminates her Contract with them!
HYBE Labels and Source Music have announced the termination of Kim Garam’s Contract with them. In the statement, Hybe and Source Music mentioned that the group will continue their activities as Five members and they seek to provide full support to the group to grow.
“Hello.
This is HYBE/SOURCE MUSIC.
We would like to provide you with information on the decision made in regards to LE SSERAFIM member KIM GARAM and plans for the future activities of LE SSERAFIM.
Our company has decided to terminate the exclusive contract with KIM GARAM.
We extend our sincerest apologies to our fans and to those who have shown love and support to the group for causing you concern over the controversy involving the member.
LE SSERAFIM will continue their activities as a five-member group, and we will spare no effort to support the group to grow further as artists through their music and performance.
Thank you.”
The Days after the Hybe new girl group LE SSERAFIM got publicly announced, one of the members Kim Garam was accused of school bullying, which HYBE initially denied. The Victim continued to speak out for Justice and HYBE again denied it. Ultimately, HYBE and Source Music shared that Kim Garam would go on hiatus for a few days. It was also reported that they wouldn’t remove Kim Garam back in May. But HYBE and Source Music finally terminated her Contract.
K-pop Fans out there on Twitter are celebrating the announcement. Whereas Kim Garam Fans are really upset and show their disagreement with HYBE labels and Source Music Decision. Some Fans are making playful comments that TXT Yeonjun will join the group making it to a six members group. The Reason is Yeonjun was seen supporting and dancing to LE SSERAFIM Debut Song “Fearless” in a Tiktok video with LE SSERAFIM Member Chaewon.
